BE Leaders Program has fifth graduating class

Twenty-three Basin Electric employees from several of Basin Electric’s facilities participated in the fifth annual BE Leaders program.

This 2023 program gave participants an opportunity to explore various aspects of leadership by completing monthly assignments, a leadership project, quarterly in-person sessions, and one-on-one sessions with senior leadership.
