Work force housing is being managed by local firm, Sweetwater Management Group, LLC (SMG) of Gillette, WY, has been hired by Basin Electric to assist you in finding a place to hang your hat. SMG provides centralized property management services for the Dry Fork Station's construction work force.
Sweetwater manages a variety of apartments and RV spaces and can help you relocate to a place in the Gillette area that's the right fit for you and your wallet.

Also, the Smart Choice Inn & Suites in Gillette offers offers a preferred rate to Dry Fork Station workers who show their badge at check-in. Please contact the hotel directly at 307-682-4757 for details on current rates and to reserve a room.
Prospector Village is located north of the Gillette airport on Highway 14-16. It is approximately 8 miles from the Dry Fork Station construction site. Prospector Village has 153 RV spots. It has been recently renovated, and the streets have been sealed and chipped. Prospector Village is located adjacent to the Rawhide Elementary School - a great convenience if you have elementary-aged children.

The Smart Choice Inn & Suites is located 8 miles from the Dry Fork Station construction site. The Smart Choice Inn & Suites services and amenities include: Business Center with computer, printer, & Internet, pets are welcome, free continental breakfast, and microwaves and refrigerators are available.

At peak, South Fork will have 126 apartments available for rent for those working on the Dry Fork Station construction project.
The South Fork apartments require a deposit and the first month's rent in advance. As with any apartment, deposits are required for TV and internet providers. Utilities are a flat fee based on number of bedrooms per unit. Inquire with SMG for current rates.
The one bedroom and three bedroom apartments will be available March 1, 2008.
