Congressional delegations support North Dakota on regional haze
U.S. senators and representatives from Wyoming and South Dakota have sent letters to EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson in support of North Dakota.

U.S. Sens. Michael Enzi (R-WY), John Barrasso (R-WY), Tim Johnson (D-SD), and John Thune (R-SD), and U.S. Reps. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Kristi Noem (R-SD) sent letters Nov. 17 to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa Jackson supporting North Dakota on the regional haze issue.
EPA has proposed to disapprove part of North Dakota's State Implementation Plan for regional haze and issue a Federal Implementation Plan.
