Passport to North Dakota History features Energy Trail

Virginia Nelsen, executive director of the State Historical Society of North Dakota Foundation, holds up the fold-out map included in the guide.

On June 8, the State Historical Society of North Dakota held a celebration for the Passport to North Dakota History guide’s 3rd edition. The guide showcases North Dakota heritage and historic attractions for tourists.

Basin Electric donated services to develop a fold-out map included in the guide. The map features the North Dakota Energy Trail, which includes a listing of power plants, wind projects, coal mines and the hydro facility in the state.
