Mobile Homes and Multi-Plex Office Units for Sale

These properties are being offered for sale on bid. These units were used for housing and office needs during the construction of the Dry Fork Station generating facility near Gillette, Wyoming. The mobile homes and office units were in use for approximately 3 years and are considered used/good condition – “AS,IS, WHERE,IS – NO WARRANTIES”. BEPC reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
